These terms set out the conditions on which the website “Tea Gong Academy” (https://teagong.love, “this site”), operated by Koba Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), may be used. By using this site you are taken to have agreed to them.

This English text is provided for convenience. The Japanese version is the operative text, and it governs in the event of any discrepancy.

  1. We provide users with educational content on tea and tea culture through this site.
  2. All of the content on this site is free of charge. No registration, no account and no payment is required.
  3. Users are responsible for providing the device and internet connection needed to view this site and play its videos, and for any communication charges these incur.
  4. Should we offer a paid service in future, we will state its content and price in advance and provide it only with the user’s specific consent. These terms do not automatically apply to any such paid service.

Article 4 (About the videos)

  1. The course videos on this site are provided through YouTube’s embedding feature.
  2. Playing a video means using a service operated by YouTube (Google LLC). Please also review that company’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  3. We accept no responsibility where a video cannot be played on this site because of changes to YouTube’s specifications, service faults, or the removal of a video.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not do any of the following when using this site.

  1. Anything that breaks the law or offends public order and morals.
  2. Copying, republishing, altering, distributing or transmitting the content to the public, or supplying it to third parties by sale or any other means, without our prior written consent.
  3. Using the content to run courses or seminars, or to produce teaching materials or other services, without our consent.
  4. Placing an excessive load on the servers or network of this site, gaining unauthorised access, or otherwise interfering by technical means with the running of this site.
  5. Infringing the intellectual property rights, reputation, privacy or other rights and interests of us or any third party.
  6. Anything else we reasonably judge to be inappropriate.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

  1. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the content belong to us or to the rightful owner.
  2. Use of this site does not transfer or license to the user any right beyond viewing and reading the content privately.
  3. You are welcome to link to this site without contacting us first, provided the link is not for commercial purposes and does not present this site misleadingly.

Article 7 (Health disclaimer)

  1. The content is provided for education and information about tea and tea culture. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not medical advice.
